Hey there:

Since you are new to SAP and ERP in general, it may be advantageous to take the SAP Business Process Integration Certification Academy. I did, and it greatly helped my understanding of how SAP works to integrate the various business modules into one centralized system. However, the SAP BPI Academy does not cover any information on SAP Netweaver technologies. More information can be found at the site
